Since the end of December, Cretin-Derham Hall quarterback Conor Rhoda has been leaning towards Minnesota. The Gopher previously offered Rhoda a preferred walk-on spot at part of the 2013 recruiting class. The in-state prospect accepted the Gophers offer and discusses that decision with GI.com.
